The Weise Tex zip neck top is a mid-layer which features a windproof and breathable fabric. They have been designed to incorporate a comfortable soft feel with stretch to aid movement on the bike. The fleece lining in conjunction with the windproof panels work very well together in retaining body heat and keeping the wind chill effect to a minimum
